Adore Beauty has officially unveiled its second bricks-and-mortar store in Melbourne, bringing a new level of beauty retail experience to customers with in-store treatment rooms and expert-led skincare consultations. Having opened its doors at Watergardens Shopping Centre last Friday, March 7, the new store follows the overwhelming success of Adore Beauty’s first Melbourne location, which debuted just five weeks ago in the city’s south-east.

To celebrate the launch, the first 300 customers at the Watergardens store received a free Adore Beauty goodie bag, adding to the excitement surrounding the retailer’s expansion.

Setting this store apart from its predecessor, Adore Beauty’s Watergardens location is the first to feature an in-store treatment space, offering customers personalised skincare solutions. A team of professional dermal therapists will provide expert advice and treatments, supported by the OBSERV 520x skin analysis system. Customers will have access to a range of services, including free skin consultations, LED light therapy, comprehensive skin analysis, and facials. Treatment sessions range from express 20-minute treatments to indulgent 45-minute experiences, with prices starting at $60, redeemable upon product purchase.

A long-time favourite among Adore Beauty’s online customers, Tim Tams are a staple in-store as well—offered with every purchase. While shoppers can explore over 65 brands in-store, digital kiosks provide access to Adore Beauty’s full online catalogue of more than 14,000 products.

Adore Beauty CEO Sacha Laing expressed excitement about the new store, highlighting its enhanced customer experience.

“After the huge response from our community to our first store opening, we couldn’t be more excited to expand our offering with in-store treatments and even a dermal therapist on staff to answer our customers’ pressing skincare questions,” said Laing. “Adore Beauty has always been about empowering our customers to make the right choice for them and their needs, and our newest store will continue that tradition through personalised advice and treatments. Adore Beauty brings over 24 years of expertise and customer engagement to its physical retail experience. The new store offers a curated selection of skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup, and wellness products from some of the industry’s most sought-after brands, including Ab Lab, Biodance, Burberry, Embryolisse, Estée Lauder, Murad, Aspect, Ikkari, , iKou, K18, Kylie Jenner Fragrances, L’Oréal Pro, Oribe, Therabody, and Viviology.

For the month of April, wellness brand Ikkair will be the first featured brand ‘In Residence’ within the treatment space, giving customers an opportunity to experience its products and treatments.

The new Adore Beauty store is strategically positioned in Melbourne’s rapidly growing western suburbs, catering to an increasing demand for premium beauty and wellness experiences. Watergardens Shopping Centre Manager Trish Gardiner noted the significance of this expansion.
