Guests at the awards night.

Retail Beauty publisher Nicci Herrera was on hand to present two of the evening’s top awards—Best Beauty & Personal Care Product and Best Home & Living Product—and also led one of the expo’s educational sessions.

The morning after the awards, Herrera moderated the business panel Who’s Your Brand For — You or the Shelf?, examining how founders can balance authenticity with retail success. Among the speakers was Ann Cattelan, CEO of Go Vita, who was named Retail Leader at the awards for her long-standing contribution to the natural health sector. With nearly four decades of experience and a reputation as a driving force in wellness retail, Cattelan offered sharp insights on evolving with consumer expectations and sustaining growth.

Also joining the panel were:

  • David Willey, brand strategist
  • Nathan Tindall, Co-Director of PoINT Retail
  • Sophia Mantell, founder of Daily Skincare and Girls Girl Hair
