Chemist Warehouse has been named Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year in the 2024 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards—its fourth time receiving the top honour.
The award recognises the organisation with the most monthly customer satisfaction wins throughout the calendar year. Chemist Warehouse achieved an unprecedented 12 out of 12 monthly wins in 2024, reflecting its continued focus on customer experience.
The accolade was accepted in Melbourne by Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director Retail, Mario Tascone, and Group Manager Business Development, Travis Hughes.

The Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards are based on comprehensive data from the Roy Morgan Single Source survey, which collects feedback from approximately 60,000 Australians each year, making it one of the country’s most robust indicators of consumer sentiment.
This recognition further cements Chemist Warehouse’s position as a leading force in pharmacy retail.
