JSHealth Vitamins has marked seven years of its top-selling Hair + Energy formula with a major brand milestone—launching a new Hair + Energy For Men supplement—amid growing demand for male-focused health and wellness products.
Unveiled at a Western-themed lunch held at Iberica in Bondi, the brand’s latest innovation responds to a rising trend in men’s self-care, with JSHealth aiming to bridge the gap in solutions designed specifically for men experiencing hair thinning, low energy, and burnout.
The launch event, attended by influencers, reality stars, and wellness advocates, featured a gourmet sit-down lunch, a hat customisation station, and a candid wellness panel led by Georgia May and Thomas Malucelli, who shared deeply personal stories of physical and emotional burnout—both of which included hair loss as a key symptom.
“It got to a point last year where I was just completely depleted,” said Georgia. “I was sleeping four hours a night, skipping meals, and constantly glued to my phone. I started losing my hair and developed anxiety and acne—my body was showing me it wasn’t coping. Coming home to Australia and focusing on my health completely changed my life.”
Thomas also shared how his turning point came when he no longer recognised the person he saw in the mirror. “I had low energy, pale skin, and dark circles. I was partying and living unsustainably. One day I looked at myself and thought—this isn’t who I want to be. I made a change and committed to proper nutrition, movement, and mental wellbeing. That included discovering the power of supplementation.”
Hair + Energy For Men, now available exclusively at Chemist Warehouse, builds on the original bestselling formula, enhanced with male-focused ingredients including zinc, saw palmetto, Siberian ginseng, and JSHealth’s signature JSH Miracle Kelp, to support hair strength, stamina, and vitality.
The expansion into male supplements reflects a broader market trend. With more men seeking accessible, effective wellness solutions, the men’s health supplement market is expected to surpass USD 132 billion globally by 2030, growing at over 10% annually.
Locally, men now represent a significant share of the growing Australian supplement market, with increased awareness of the link between hair health and overall wellbeing.
