Do you have an idea for an amazing beauty product?
Atelier, a manufacturing platform that can design, formulate, prototype and produce almost anything in the beauty, health and wellness categories, is on the hunt for Australia’s next great beauty entrepreneur.
The company, founded by Nick Benson in 2017, has teamed up with renowned makeup creator Rowi Singh, consumer product investors Ordinary Equity and creative agency Hatrik House to launch the Meet Your Future competition.
To enter, contestants need to head to the Meet Your Future website and drop in their best elevator pitch – the concept, their target market and why they’d make a great CEO.
A team of industry experts will assess entries based on product innovation, business viability and product/market fit.
The winner will have their product designed, formulated and brought to life by Atelier, as well as receiving a $100,000 investment from Ordinary Equity, the fund behind brands like Heaps Normal, Bailey Nelson and Zero Co. The prize also includes a full branding suite courtesy of Hatrik House, a creator crash course from Rowi Singh (covering everything from content to building community), as well as a full 12-week curriculum to guide the winner through their go-to-market strategy.
“Atelier allows companies and creators alike to bring their big ideas to life and onto the shelves of some of the largest global retailers, including Mecca, Net-a-Porter, Sephora, Harvey Nichols and Urban Outfitter,” Benson said.
“We’ve already had hundreds of entries, including makeup artists, creators and a whole bunch of people who have been sitting on a great idea but didn’t know how to get started.”
But all budding beauty entrepreneurs better be quick – entries close this Friday, February 11, at 11:59pm AEST.
