Charlotte Tilbury has made a landmark move in sports sponsorship by being the first female-founded and beauty brand to support the F1 Academy.

This collaboration with Susie Wolff, Managing Director of the F1 Academy, symbolises a mutual commitment to empowering individuals globally.

The partnership aims to enhance F1 Academy’s visibility and promote diversity in the sport, underlining the importance of female confidence and empowerment.

Charlotte Tilbury, MBE, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasising its focus on female strength, determination, and excellence.

“This partnership celebrates the strength, determination, and the undeniable power of female excellence. It’s all about the winning and ‘Dare to Dream it’ mindset! I always say you can make up your destiny – which is why we made it the empowering mantra of this partnership – it’s even emblazoned on our F1 mAcademy race car! Get ready to race towards your dreams, darlings, and makeup your destiny,” she said.

Meanwhile, Susie underscored the mission to inspire young women and girls to confidently pursue their dreams in motorsport.

“We are on a mission to transform access to our sport, celebrate trailblazing female pioneers in our industry, and inspire a new generation of young women to pursue a career in motorsport. It’s a huge privilege to be partnering with Charlotte Tilbury, a brand whose values align so closely to our own. I want to thank Charlotte for believing in our mission and enabling us to reach a new audience of young women to showcase the opportunities available to them in our sport. Our message to them is simple: dare to dream,” she said.

The partnership will also feature Charlotte Tilbury-branded racing elements, including a car, helmet, and racing suit in the brand’s night crimson and rose gold colour scheme, adorned with the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips icon and the empowering mantra: ‘Makeup Your Destiny’.
