To showcase the launch of ghd’s Grand-Luxe limited-edition collection, the brand has created its first Australian pop-up styling bar to offer consumers the chance to receive a complimentary hair styling session and experience the tools for themselves.

The collection was recently launched at a show-stopping party The Eveleigh, in Sydney’s Redfern, which was transformed into a Great Gatsby-style wonderland, to complement the Grand-Luxe gifting collection.

Inspired by the opulence of the 1920’s and its Art Deco design, the collection features ghd’s bestselling tools – the ghd platinum+, ghd gold, ghd helios and ghd glide –  finished in stunning champagne gold, accompanied by luxurious red velvet vanity cases.

SAS Australia star, former Miss World Australia and ghd ambassador Erin Holland spoke exclusively with Retail Beauty at the party and said it was the “ most decadent collection yet” from the brand.

ghd’s top stylists will be at Chadstone Shopping Centre  from Monday, November 7 until Sunday, November 13 and Westfield Bondi Junction from Monday,  November 21 until Sunday, November 27, providing complimentary 40 minute dry hair styling appointments.

Customers can choose from one of the three luxe looks  – Hollywood Luxe, Sleek and Straight or Beachy Wave.

Limited walk-in appointments will also be available at both locations.

Ludovic Dellazzeri, Managing Director at ghd Australia and New Zealand said: “We are very excited to bring our first ghd pop-up styling bar to Australia to celebrate the launch of the Limited Edition Grand-Luxe collection with our customers so they can be some of the first to revel in the tools.

“Our top stylists and ghd educators will be available at the pop-up, ready to educate customers about the limited-edition collection, demonstrate the state-of-the-art technology behind the tools you know and love and treat yourself to a styling session to get party ready this festive season.”

Customers can book in their FREE dry hair styling appointment HERE.
