Australia’s premier natural and healthy products trade event, Naturally Good, concluded its 2024 event on June 3 and 4 at Sydney’s ICC. The ninth annual expo hosted over 200 exhibitors from various sectors, including beauty, health, and home as well as food and beverage.
The event shined a spotlight on the beauty industry with the introduction of the Beauty Stage, curated by Cathy Tolpigin, founder of The Green Edit. The stage featured top speakers and covered the latest consumer trends in beauty, highlighting clean beauty, tween skincare products, the purchasing power of women over 50, and men’s personal care.
The Awards Gala celebrated excellence across multiple categories. Key winners included Lust Minerals for Best Beauty and Cosmetics Product with its Probiotic Moisturiser + and Good Change Australia for Best Home and Living Product with its Bamboo Reusable Towels.
Nicci Herrera, owner of Percolate Media and publisher of Retail Beauty, led a dynamic breakfast panel on the topic “Hold on to and Gain More of Your Retail Space.” Under her moderation, the discussion focused on maximising retail presence through strategic visual and physical enhancements, securing additional shelf space, and innovative tactics to reclaim lost ground in the competitive retail environment. Attendees received invaluable insights and strategies from leading retail beauty experts, including Danielle Hill, Deputy Store Manager at Myer Melbourne; Hannah Jackson, Head of Buying at Direct Chemist Outlet; Martine Cooper, General Manager Merchandise & Partnerships at Healthylife; and Nathan Tindall, Director at Point Retail.
Numerous exhibitors showcased their products, such as Petite Skin Co with their tween-friendly skincare range. The Pitch Fest competition provided a platform for promising health and wellness businesses, with Neon Goat’s Schvitz Stick winning the contest.
The Naturally Good Business Summit featured influential speakers like SWIISH founders Sally Obermeder and Maha Corbett, who shared their business journey. The summit offered valuable insights into industry trends, marketing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
Event Director Sofie Teh expressed excitement about the future, stating, “Naturally Good 2024 was an unforgettable experience. The energy and feedback from exhibitors and visitors were overwhelmingly positive. Planning for the 10th edition in 2025 is well underway, and we are dedicated to evolving with the natural, health, and wellness market.”
Naturally Good Expo will return on May 26-27, 2025, at Sydney’s ICC for its 10th anniversary.
