Antipodes founder by Elizabeth Barbalich.

Backed by 100 per cent natural ingredients from arguably the cleanest country in the world, the Antipodes skincare brand from New Zealand has been a global hit for more than 15 years.

Founded by Elizabeth Barbalich, the scientifically based green brand is available in over 30 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the US, the UK and France.

A top seller in Australian pharmacy chains, including Chemist Warehouse and Priceline, Antipodes has signed a new agreement with EOYLS Beaute, a French distributor servicing over 1000 points-of-sale across France for imported brands such as Burt’s Bees and Ahava.

Antipodes entered the French market three years ago through 80 upmarket boutique retail stores. The new agreement heralds the expansion of the brand into the highly regarded French pharmacy channel with approximately 2000 stores nationwide.

This year has been a big one for the premium organic brand. In May, the company inked a deal with Purity Life to access natural product stores and pharmacies in Canada.

In June, Antipodes launched on Amazon in the US.

Key bestsellers include Kiwi Seed Eye Cream and Avocado Pear Nourishing Night Cream.

Baptise H2O Ultra Hydrating Water Gel was released earlier this year. Containing New Zealand manuka honey and naturally-sourced hyaluronic acid, the weightless formula increases skin hydration by 52 per cent in 24 hours, according to a clinical study by Dermatest Australia.
