Finder, in partnership with Dynata has unveiled the top rated retail brands in Australia according to over 10,000 Australians. Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards recognises and commemorates Australia’s leading brands, as voted by real Australian consumers. This chance to vote is an opportunity for everyday Australians to reflect on their satisfaction with their purchases and shopping experiences.
Brands were rated across various metrics such as customer service, product range, value for money, trustworthiness, and product quality. The outcome of these metrics were then used to determine the winning brands in four key areas; most loved, most trusted, top value, and legendary customer service.
The top makeup retailers are as follows:

Four of the seven brands listed above had a 100% trust rating. The second-highest result was Priceline, with a 97% trust rating.
Chemist Warehouse won three of four awards in the makeup retailer category including most loved, most trusted and top value brand. Direct competitor Priceline was also commended for its’ customer service.
Finder’s retail specialist Chris Jager said that Australians “are seeking value – whether that’s through price matching, loyalty programs or just good quality products at affordable prices and I really want to commend the companies that are meeting their customers’ needs at this time.”
AdoreBeauty won the award for the best customer service, and was commended as a loved, trusted and value brand. Mecca was also commended for its’ customer service and as a trusted brand.
“For big ticket items it’s not uncommon for consumers to spend a little bit extra on a premium brand to make sure they’re getting the purchase right,” said Jager.
