Ultraceuticals is an Australian skincare brand that specialises in creating high-performance, scientifically-driven skincare products.

The company was founded by Dr Geoffrey Heber, a cosmetic physician, in 1998, and since its inception, Ultraceuticals has gained a reputation for producing skincare formulations that combine the latest advancements in skincare technology with potent, active ingredients.

The brand is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year by making a significant debut in the American market and recently held its Beyond Business Conference at The Ivy Ballroom in Sydney.

Day one was  ‘Glow & Grow’, while day two of the seminar was  ‘Better Together’.

A number of speakers offered diverse perspectives and valuable insights, making the event an informative and inspiring experience for salon and clinic owners, team members, and business leaders.

Below is a summary of what each day entailed:

Day 1 – Glow & Grow:

  • Keynote speaker Julie Cross, known for her inspiring and humorous presentations, shared valuable insights into human behaviour and practical strategies for living a fulfilling life.
  • Guest speaker Lia Trebilcock, a skin industry leader with over 21 years of experience, emphasised the importance of nutritional support, professional treatments, and home care in achieving healthy, vibrant skin.
  • Guest speaker Chiza Westcarr, a nutritionist and skin specialist, discussed the connection between gut health and skin health, offering solutions for various health-related conditions.

Day 2 – Better Together:

  • Joel Ramirez, an award-winning entrepreneur and author, focused on mental health, resilience, and the importance of human connections in today’s society.
  • Susan Haise, CEO of Edgeless Beauty Group, shared her journey in revolutionising the beauty industry and emphasised the significance of the guest experience, team care, and education.
  • Claudia Fabian, a beauty industry expert, makeup artist, and aesthetician, promoted age-positivity and discussed her experiences as an Instagram beauty influencer.
  • Georgie Cavanaugh, co-founder of Carlotta + Gee, shared insights on PR and marketing strategies, helping attendees become their own PR agency.
  • Catherine Van Veen, a customer engagement expert, stressed the importance of prioritising the customer experience in driving organisational success.
