It’s always inspiring to see women breaking through barriers and achieving success in their careers.  As the editor of Retail Beauty, I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to meet and learn from a number of powerful and inspiring women.

To celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, I have rounded up five of the top Beauty Boss Women I have had the pleasure of interviewing over the past couple of years, for our regular My Journey feature.
