There is no doubt that Covid-19 increased people’s awareness of the importance of maintaining good hygiene and taking care of their health, including their skin.

As a result, there has been an increased interest in natural and non-toxic skincare products that can help purify and detoxify the skin.

Additionally, with more people spending time indoors and working from home, there has been a greater focus on self-care and wellness, including skincare.

Bioré‘s new Clean Detox and Hydrate & Glow ranges recently launched nationwide into Chemist Warehouse and are daily-use skincare ranges that promote clean pores and a clean planet.

The fragrance-free products gently detoxify and cleanse pores for healthy-looking skin.

To celebrate the launch, Bioré,  a subsidiary of the Japanese cosmetics company Kao Corporation, hosted a lunch at The Boat House, Rose Bay.

Senior Brand Manager Tegan Hodder said although Bioré was famous for its Original Deep Cleansing Pore Strips, the brand was focusing on skincare.

She said  Bioré was committed to producing ethically and sustainably responsible products that minimised contribution to climate change while maintaining affordability and accessibility for consumers.

“The Clean Detox and Hydrate & Glow collections adhere to the brand’s Bioré Clean standard, emphasising safe beauty and high-quality ingredients at affordable prices,” she said.

Assistant Brand Manager Natalie Patrikios said the products were suitable for everyday use and the Clean Detox collection was ideal for normal to combination skin while Hydrate & Glow was tailored to dry and sensitive skin types, actively hydrating and nourishing the skin.
