Charlotte Tilbury Beauty recently unveiled its largest flagship store in London’s Covent Garden. Spanning 399m², the store provides a fully immersive experience, showcasing the brand’s award-winning makeup, skincare, and fragrance collections, while introducing innovative new services.
The flagship includes the world-first Charlotte Tilbury Skin Spa, offering facial treatments designed for quick, visible results. Services include the Glass-Gleam Skin Facial, Brighten + Smooth Oxy-Revival, and the Ultimate Magic Facial. Customers can also enjoy complimentary complexion touch-ups after their treatments.
British beauty entrepreneur and makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury MBE described the new store as “the beauty store of the future,” adding:
“This is a retail experience like no other! There is truly nothing like it, darlings!”
The store also introduced the Pillow Talk Beauty Bar, celebrating the globally loved Pillow Talk collection. Visitors can explore interactive spaces, quick beauty transformations, and private areas like the Pillow Talk Parlour, which will host group masterclasses, influencer events, and personalised celebrations.
The launch coincides with Charlotte Tilbury’s new global campaign, Legendary for a Reason, celebrating the brand’s best-selling, trendsetting products, including the Hollywood Contour Wand, Pillow Talk Lipstick, and Charlotte’s Magic Cream. The campaign highlights how these products have become industry icons, setting benchmarks for beauty innovation that competitors have attempted to replicate without success.
“Darlings, working backstage with actors, supermodels, and celebrities, I have bottled over 30 years of artistry and expertise into easy-to-choose, easy-to-use products—beauty secrets that have revolutionised the industry and become legendary,” Charlotte shared.
