Several famous faces have turned 28 this year including Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, and Cara Delevingne.
One cult Australian makeup brand is also celebrating its 28th year – Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics.
To coincide with the celebrations, Napoleon Perdis has launched its new Mattetastic Lipstick shades, which are an ode to the brand’s glamourous time in Hollywood.
Just like the existing luxurious Mattetastic range, the three new shades – Bette, Ginger and Greta – are inspired by sirens of the silver screen.
Since its inception in 1992, Napoleon Perdis has remained at the forefront of product innovation, makeup education and sophisticated, prestige beauty.
The brand’s philosophy that ‘Education is Everything’ is at the beating heart of the brand, reinforced in all its stores around the country and through its Makeup Academy.
Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics CEO Henry Lee said the brand was “trusted and loved by the makeup artist community” and that “Napoleon Perdis cult products have stood the test of time in the ever-changing and expanding cosmetic landscape, with a primer sold every 90 seconds globally”.
“We believe one size doesn’t fit all, and are proud our products are accessible to everyone, from the makeup expert, to the beauty beginner,” he said.
“We strive to deliver innovation our customers can see and feel. To empower and inspire, while building trust and loyalty.”
As the brand continues to expand its retail footprint domestically and internationally, the brand recently announced its exit from Priceline and its exclusive retail partnership with David Jones.
The launch will commence with twelve David Jones department stores across the country, including Bondi Junction (NSW), Miranda (NSW)and Rundle Mall (SA), with plans to expand into additional stores in the future.
