TVSN knows how effective video is when it comes to selling – it has been broadcasting for more than 27 years in Australia and New Zealand.

TV shopping is the third largest retailer in the world after Amazon and Walmart, and in the past five years, TVSN has sold more than 12 million beauty items.

Following the launch of the TSVN app in 2019, the shopping retailer plans to reaching an even wider audience with the launch of its live streaming app, TVSN Now, which officially launches on March 1.

TVSN  General Manager and CEO Judy Deuchar gave guests a sneak peek at the app at the company’s  Beauty Bazaar  event, which showcased the latest innovative beauty products on offer across TVSN’s skincare, haircare, cosmetics and tool categories.

“Really at the heart of what we do, is we know how to sell product using video,” she said.

“It just happens to be within the last 20 to 30 years the media for  showcasing products through video has been through TV. In the last 10 to 15 years it has  been on our website and then on apps and you can see all of our messaging across those channels.”

Now in its 8th year, the immersive event included  with live demonstrations, product sampling and guest appearances from Celebrity Makeup Artist and Founder of Mally Beauty Cosmetics Mally Roncal, Celebrity Hairstylist and Founder of Elevate, Sharon Blaine, Vicki Engsall ,Founder of The Jojoba Company and Anna Mitsios, Founder of Edible Beauty.

 Other brands on show at the event included L’Occitane, Lancer Skincare, Nassif MD, Elizabeth Grant, Eve Pearl, The Beauty Chef, PUR Cosmetics and more.
